FRP profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after full impregnation, the material is heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pultruded under the traction of a pultrusion (haul-off) machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength, large-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide many years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wooden components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Application Scenarios
Pultruded T-shaped profiles are commonly used for high-strength, long-span supports, beam-column connections, platform framing, and structural members in corrosive environments such as chemical plants and marine settings. Their glass fiber reinforcement and resin matrix make them suitable for replacing certain metal profiles, especially in applications requiring high insulation and corrosion resistance. For project-specific suitability, please contact us to confirm based on load and media conditions.
Selection Guide
When selecting, first define the cross-section dimensions (A*B*T), span, load type, and service environment, then use the specification table on this page for preliminary screening. If you have special requirements for corrosion resistance grade, connection method, or moment of inertia, please contact us for detailed specifications and selection recommendations.
Product Advantages
FRP T-shaped profiles use glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as matrix, formed by molding and pultrusion. They offer light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, and ease of processing. Compared with metal profiles of the same specification, they have lower long-term maintenance costs and are suitable for outdoor and corrosive environments where durability is required.
Inquiry Guidance
For complete specifications, cross-section drawings, samples, or bulk supply plans, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations. Please provide the required cross-section dimensions, quantity, and service environment, and we will recommend a suitable T-shaped profile for you.
Service Environment
- FRP pultruded T-shaped profiles are made with glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as binder. Their vinyl-based resin matrix formulation is suitable for chemical plants, processing areas, and other environments with relatively strong chemical corrosion.
- Because FRP composite does not corrode like structural metals, this T-shaped profile is suitable for outdoor installations exposed to rain, moisture, and salt-containing marine air, as well as indoor areas with high humidity.
- This profile can be used for structural frames, supports, and bracing that are repeatedly exposed to acids, alkalis, or other corrosive media, where rinsing or splash exposure is common.
- For engineering data on service temperature range, chemical resistance grade, and other specific environments, please contact Greenlogy TEC and provide the intended service conditions so that a suitable profile configuration can be confirmed.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
