FRP Grating & Profiles

Molded grating, pultruded profiles, handrails, walkways, platforms, stair treads as well as grating covers and accessories are supplied per project. Standard mesh and thickness options are confirmed per order.

Steel Grating & Wire Rope

Alongside fiberglass products, the company also supplies steel grating and wire rope products, which can be purchased together with FRP materials for engineering projects.

What does custom cutting cover?

We process FRP grating and profiles to your drawing so they arrive ready to install. The service includes cutting to size, resin sealing of every cut edge and pre-drilling per drawing. All of this is done at the factory before shipping, so no on-site cutting or drilling is needed.

Which mesh and thickness can you cut?

Both molded and pultruded grating are cut to your drawing. Standard mesh options are 19x19, 38x38, 50x50 and 38x152, in 25 / 30 / 38 / 50 mm thicknesses. Other specifications are confirmed per order.

Is edge sealing standard, and which resin is used?

All cut edges are sealed as standard, with resin closing the exposed fibers. The resin is matched to the panel, and options include orthophthalic, isophthalic, vinyl ester or phenolic. The resin type follows the panel you specify.

What do I need to send for a quotation?

Send the panel details such as mesh, thickness, resin type and color, the cutting plan with sizes and quantities, hole positions and diameters if pre-drilling is needed, any critical tolerances, and packing or marking requirements. A PDF, DWG, DXF or dimensioned sketch all work; email it to admin@greenlogy.cn.

How are tolerances confirmed, and can I get inspection records?

Tolerances follow the drawing, and critical dimensions are confirmed in writing with the quotation. At inspection, dimensions are checked against the cutting list; photos can be provided on request, and third-party inspection is welcome.

What is the ordering process and how is lead time set?

The steps are: send your drawing, receive a written quotation with price and lead time, then production runs cutting, edge sealing and drilling to the confirmed drawing, followed by inspection and shipment. Lead time is confirmed with each quotation, and shipments can be arranged as LCL or FCL as agreed with the order.

Cut to Size

Molded and pultruded grating cut to any size from your drawing. Standard mesh 19x19, 38x38, 50x50 and 38x152, in 25 / 30 / 38 / 50 mm thicknesses; other specifications are confirmed per order.

Edge Sealing

Every cut edge is sealed with resin to close the fibers, matched to the panel: orthophthalic, isophthalic, vinyl ester or phenolic. All cut edges are sealed as standard.

Pre-Drilling

Holes are drilled to your drawing, with positions and diameters taken from the marked dimensions - no drilling needed on site.

Tolerances follow the drawing; critical dimensions are confirmed in writing with the quotation.
