Greenlogy TEC
Pultruded FRP profiles are a new type of composite material that uses glass fiber reinforcement as the reinforcement, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, the material is heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and then pulled out by a pulling machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood members are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Applications
Large-wave corrugated panels are commonly used for roof and wall cladding of industrial plants, warehouses, chemical plants, wastewater tanks and similar buildings, and can also be used for outdoor sunshades, canopies and equipment protective covers where high corrosion resistance is required. The vinyl ester resin gives them good chemical corrosion resistance and weather resistance, making them suitable for corrosive gas or humid environments. To learn about suitability for specific working conditions, please contact us for detailed specifications and recommendations.
Selection Guide
When selecting, consider load, span, support spacing and the corrosivity level of the service environment to determine the appropriate thickness, profile and length. Large-wave panels normally adapt to different spans by adjusting overlap and fixing methods; structural calculation by a professional engineer is recommended. We can provide customized solutions based on your project requirements; please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.
Product Advantages
This product is made of glass fiber reinforced vinyl ester resin and pultruded, featuring lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, adjustable light transmission (with appropriate additives), easy cutting and installation, and low maintenance cost. Compared with metal panels, it offers a longer service life in corrosive environments and good electrical insulation. To compare other materials or learn specific performance data, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.

Service Environment
- This molded vinyl ester FRP corrugated structural profile is designed for both indoor and outdoor installation, including industrial plants, chemical processing areas and architectural applications, with its vinyl ester resin matrix giving the material moisture and humidity resistance.
- The vinyl ester resin used in this FRP structural profile offers greater resistance to a variety of corrosive media (including various acid, alkali and salt solutions), making it suitable for environments where steel or other metals would rapidly deteriorate.
- Typical service conditions include exposure to temperature fluctuations; the material's physical properties remain stable within common ambient and industrial operating temperature ranges, though specific limits depend on the exact chemical environment and load requirements.
- This product series is often specified for high-strength, long-span applications in industries such as construction, bridges and highways, chemicals, food and beverage, manufacturing, metals and mining, and microelectronics, where weather resistance, moisture resistance and chemical attack resistance are highly required.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
