Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed, and cured in a metal mold and then pulled by a pulling machine. They have good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength, large-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles from Greenlogy TEC are widely used in a variety of applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
This structural profile, the cooling tower deck (isophthalic), is suitable for load-bearing and access platforms, maintenance walkways, and other wet environments with corrosive media inside cooling towers. The isophthalic resin system provides stable water and chemical corrosion resistance, making it suitable for long-term exposure to cooling water vapor and chemical spray conditions. For specific application conditions and installation methods, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.
Selection Guidance
During selection, match the cross-sectional dimensions A, T1, B, T2, etc. in the table according to the cooling tower span, load requirements, and installation node forms. If it needs to be used with other FRP profiles or gratings, please provide drawings or operating parameters so we can offer targeted recommendations. Please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.
Product Advantages
The product is made of glass fiber reinforcement and an isophthalic resin system through pultrusion, featuring light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation, and dimensional stability. The surface can be treated for slip resistance or wear resistance as required, facilitating on-site cutting and installation and reducing long-term maintenance costs. For more performance data, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.
Inquiry Guidance
If you need to know the specific cross-sectional dimensions, custom lengths, surface treatment, and packaging and transportation solutions for this cooling tower deck, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations. Please provide your operating conditions, quantity requirements, and delivery location, and we will arrange technical and commercial responses as soon as possible.
Operating Environment
- Designed specifically for cooling tower deck applications, where FRP structural profiles are continuously exposed to moisture and condensation; pultruded glass fiber reinforced composite structures resist water absorption and swelling.
- Suitable for outdoor installation in cooling towers and similar industrial structures, where the isophthalic resin system provides a certain level of resistance to UV exposure and weathering.
- Suitable for chemically corrosive atmospheres such as chemical processing and industrial cooling water systems, where the isophthalic resin provides a certain level of protection against corrosive media.
- Can withstand the temperature variations typical of cooling tower operation, maintaining structural integrity under both high-temperature and low-temperature operating conditions.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
