Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and then pulled by a pultrusion machine. They offer good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in numerous fields, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
As a structural section, T-section steel (orthophthalic) is commonly used for supports, frames and reinforcing structures requiring high strength and larger spans, such as platform guardrails, walkway frameworks, equipment supports and load-bearing components in corrosive environments. Its corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength make it suitable for chemical, water treatment, marine engineering and other applications with demanding weatherability requirements. For specific applicable working conditions, please contact us for detailed recommendations.
Selection Guide
During selection, match the T-section steel's cross-sectional dimensions and unit weight to the structural span, load conditions, connection method and installation environment. The orthophthalic resin system offers a balanced combination of corrosion resistance and mechanical performance, making it suitable for most general structural requirements. If you are unsure which specification to choose, please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation, and our technical staff will assist you in confirming.
Product Advantages
This T-section steel is made of glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as binder through a pultrusion process. It features light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and non-magnetic properties, and is easy to cut and install on site. Compared with traditional metal sections, it is easier to maintain in humid or corrosive environments. For specific performance data, please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
