Structural Profiles - Stair Tread Flat Tube is manufactured by the pultrusion process of fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP), using continuous glass fiber as reinforcement and unsaturated polyester resin or vinyl ester resin as matrix, continuously produced through heated die curing.

The flat tube has a rectangular flat cross-section, featuring corrosion resistance, light weight and high strength, insulation and non-magnetic properties. It is suitable for stair treads and platform supports in corrosive environments such as chemical, marine and wastewater treatment. Its surface can be treated with anti-slip finish, with stable load-bearing capacity and easy installation and maintenance.
