Genius FRP
Pultruded FRP grating is made of pultruded "I", "T" shaped profile as a bearing strip, with a solid pipe or bar as a connecting rod, made by a certain assembly process with a gap of the plate.

Pultruded Grating T-1215 uses pultruded I-shaped and T-shaped profiles as load-bearing bars, with solid tubes or rods as connecting rods. It is suitable for platforms, walkways, trench covers and stair treads where both load-bearing capacity and corrosion resistance are required. In humid or corrosive environments such as chemical, water treatment, electroplating and marine engineering, it can serve as an alternative to traditional metal gratings. Selection Guide
When selecting, consider the resin system, load-bearing direction, span and installation method: the resin type must match the corrosion and flame-retardant requirements of the environment, the specification and spacing of the load-bearing bars determine the load capacity, and the connecting rod form affects overall stiffness. Different resin and fiber ratios correspond to different corrosion resistance and flame-retardant performance. We recommend providing the medium used, temperature range and load conditions so that we can assist in recommending a suitable configuration.
Product Advantages
The pultrusion process arranges fibers continuously along the load-bearing direction, giving the product high strength and stiffness in the load-bearing direction, along with the common advantages of FRP materials: lightweight, corrosion-resistant and maintenance-free. The grating surface can be made slip-resistant, it is easy to cut and adjust on site during installation, and it does not rust easily over long-term use. Compared with molded grating, pultruded grating is more suitable for applications with load and span requirements.
