Application Scenarios
Pultruded grating is assembled using pultruded "I" and "T" profiles as load-bearing bars and solid tubes or rods as connecting rods. It is suitable for platforms, walkways, trench covers and equipment operating surfaces that require load-bearing capacity, corrosion resistance and flame retardancy. Different resin systems suit different service conditions; for specific selection, please contact us to confirm based on your actual working conditions.
Selection Guide
Selection mainly depends on media corrosiveness, load-bearing requirements and fire protection requirements: phenolic types have a high oxygen index and are suitable for applications with high requirements for low toxicity, high flame retardancy and fire safety; vinyl ester types offer good corrosion resistance and are suitable for common acid and alkali environments. Welcome to contact us for detailed specifications and quotations; we will help match the resin type and grating structure.
Product Advantages
Assembled from pultruded profiles, the panels are lightweight, high-strength, corrosion-resistant and easy to cut and install on site, reducing later maintenance. The open-gap structure between profiles and connecting rods accommodates both load bearing and drainage and ventilation, making it suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Service Environment
- Pultruded FRP grating HL-6020 uses pultruded I-type and T-type load-bearing bars as its framework, connected with solid tubes or solid rods as connecting rods. This structure is suitable for walking surfaces where steel materials would corrode.
- The phenolic MP-5 resin option is formulated for low-toxicity, high-flame-retardancy applications and is suitable for indoor and outdoor locations with fire safety requirements.
- The vinyl ester and other resin systems in the series are selected for service conditions involving long-term exposure to damp, chemical-containing or other corrosive environments.
- Typical application locations include platform walkways, stair treads and inspection covers in industrial plants; please contact us and provide your site conditions to obtain the complete parameter table.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
