Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) grating is a panel with a certain open area ratio, with unsaturated polyester resin (including isophthalic, phenylene, and phenolphthalein, bisphenol types) as the matrix.

Applications
FRP Grating
FRP grating is widely used for floor-standing (industrial) floors, stairs, walkways and platforms.Fiberglass reinforced plastic grating offers many advantages: FRP grating, weather resistance, low maintenance cost, long service life and good anti-slip performance. In addition, FRP grating is simple, fast and flexible to process and assemble.
Selection Guide
Before selecting a model, please first confirm the service environment: for highly acidic, alkaline or solvent corrosive conditions, vinyl ester (VEFR) resin is suitable; where high flame retardancy and corrosion resistance are required, VEFR-10 or phenolic (MP-5) type may be chosen; for food processing applications, isophthalic food-grade (IFGR-30) resin is recommended. For fillers, ATH (aluminium hydroxide) suits flame retardancy and smoke suppression requirements, while PR (pure resin) suits highly corrosive conditions; for surface type, grooved, sanded or grit-surfaced options can be selected according to anti-slip and wear resistance needs.
