Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed, and cured in a metal mold and then pultruded by a pulling machine. They have good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength, large-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various scenarios, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. In areas where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been specified, durable Greenlogy TEC profiles can provide years of low-maintenance service. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Applications
Structural profiles – I-beams are suitable for load-bearing and support locations requiring strength and span, such as platform walkways, trestles, equipment supports, handrail framing and structural frames in corrosive environments. Different resin systems and fiber lay-ups can be adapted to various service conditions; contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Selection guidance
Selection should take into account load type, span, support conditions, service environment and connection method, on which basis section size and lengthwise requirements are determined. As service conditions vary considerably, we recommend providing your operating conditions so that we can help confirm a suitable model; contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Product advantages
FRP I-beams are made from glass fiber reinforcement combined with resin, offering light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties, and ease of cutting and on-site fabrication, making them convenient substitutes where metal profiles tend to corrode. Specific performance varies with formulation and specification; contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Inquiry guidance
To confirm section specifications, length, color, resin type or a matching connection solution, please provide drawings or service conditions and we will make recommendations accordingly. Contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation, and we can also discuss samples and bulk supply further.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
