Greenlogy TEC
Pultruded FRP profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement as the raw material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after full impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pulled by a pulling machine to form a new type of composite material with good physical properties, widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are used across a wide range of applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles deliver years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been specified. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Applications
Structural Profiles – Flat Sheet (Orthophthalic) is commonly used in high-strength, long-span structural applications, such as platform walkways, trench covers, handrails and support frames, in industrial environments with requirements for corrosion resistance and load bearing. If your operating conditions involve acids, alkalis, moisture or outdoor exposure, please contact us and describe the service environment; we can help assess suitability.
Selection Guide
When selecting, we recommend first clarifying the sheet thickness and width, the span and support method, and the load type (concentrated or uniformly distributed) and corrosive media, then determining the specification together with the installation direction and fixing method. Different sizes correspond to different load-bearing performance; please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation for specific thickness, width and load-bearing data.
Product Advantages
This sheet is a composite of glass fiber reinforcement and resin, formed by molding and pultrusion. It combines good physical properties with corrosion resistance, is relatively lightweight, and is easy to cut and install. Its surface is flat and its insulation is good, making it suitable for replacing some traditional metal sheets in corrosive or electromagnetically sensitive environments.

Please provide thickness, width, length, quantity and service environment, and we will recommend a suitable solution accordingly.
Service Environment
- This pultruded FRP flat sheet profile uses glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as binder, so it is suitable for both indoor installation and outdoor exposed environments with moisture and weather effects.
- The resin system and glass fiber reinforcement make this flat sheet profile a practical choice for corrosive industrial surroundings, including chemical plants, wastewater treatment areas and coastal sites, where steel requires frequent replacement.
- Because this flat sheet profile is produced by pulling resin-impregnated glass fiber through a heated metal die, it retains its shape in service and is typically used where high strength and larger spans are required.
- To learn about temperature, humidity and chemical exposure limits for a specific project, please contact us for the complete parameter table of this flat sheet profile series; the dimensions shown in the table can be checked together with your operating conditions.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
