Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement as the raw material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After full impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pulled out by a pulling machine. This new composite material has good physical properties and is widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive environments that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application scenarios
The seven-hole hollow profile (isophthalic) is suitable for structural and load-bearing locations requiring strength, span and corrosion resistance, such as building platforms, bridge and tunnel components, support structures in chemical and food processing environments, and walkways and frames on manufacturing and mining sites. To confirm a solution for your specific operating conditions, contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Selection guidance
When selecting, start from conditions such as load requirements, span, support spacing, service environment and installation method, and judge how well the isophthalic resin system matches the required corrosion resistance and other properties. Please share your drawings or operating parameters with us so we can help confirm suitable specifications and configuration.
Product advantages
This structural profile uses glass fiber reinforcement and resin as its matrix, formed through impregnation, heated compression molding and curing, and pultrusion. It offers good physical properties, is suitable for high-strength and long-span applications, and is easy to cut and install on site. The above describes general product characteristics; for specific performance data, refer to the technical documentation we provide. Contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.

Service environment
- FRP profiles resist attack by acids, alkalis and salts, making them suitable for chemical and food and beverage plants and other locations with moisture or corrosive media.
- The glass fiber reinforced composite structure withstands outdoor exposure, including UV radiation and temperature fluctuations, and is suitable for buildings, bridges and highways, and metal and mining environments.
- FRP profiles have low thermal conductivity, helping reduce heat transfer under moist or condensing conditions, and are suitable for microelectronics and manufacturing environments requiring stable performance.
- FRP profiles are non-magnetic and do not spark, so they can be used safely near sensitive equipment or in environments where metal materials may pose a risk.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
