Pultruded FRP grating is made using pultruded "I"-shaped and "T"-shaped profiles as load-bearing bars and solid tubes or rods as connecting rods, assembled through a specific assembly process into grating with gaps in the panel surface.

- Pultruded Grating I-4010 is assembled from pultruded "I"-shaped load-bearing bars and solid tube or rod connecting rods, with gaps in the panel surface. It is suitable for outdoor platforms, walkways and various open-air steel structures, where rainwater and wash-down water can drain quickly through the gaps and ponding is unlikely.
- This product is suitable for industrial environments with acid and alkali vapors, humidity and chemical media splashes; the specific resin type can be selected according to the media conditions, for example vinyl ester type for highly corrosive applications, and isophthalic and orthophthalic types for general acid and alkali environments. Please determine the selection based on the type and concentration of the media.
- For applications with fire safety requirements, flame-retardant resin systems can be selected, for example phenolic type for areas with low toxicity and high flame-retardant requirements, and vinyl ester and isophthalic flame-retardant types for corrosive environments with higher flame-retardant requirements.
