Pultruded FRP grating is a panel with gaps made through a defined assembly process, using pultruded "I"-shaped and "T"-shaped profiles as bearing bars and solid tubes or rods as connecting rods.

Pultruded grating T-2515 is assembled from pultruded I/T load-bearing bars with solid tubes or rods as connecting rods, suitable for platforms, walkways, trench covers and various industrial operating surfaces that require load bearing, corrosion resistance and drainage and air flow. When selecting, match the resin system (such as orthophthalic, isophthalic, vinyl ester or phenolic, etc.), load-bearing bar specifications and grating spacing to the service environment and load requirements; for highly corrosive or high fire-safety applications, the corresponding resin type can be given priority. Please provide the service environment, span and load conditions, and we will assist you in determining the appropriate configuration.
Product advantages
Pultruded grating uses continuous pultruded profiles as load-bearing units, with fibers continuously distributed along the load direction, combining relatively high longitudinal strength, light weight and corrosion resistance, and the assembled structure facilitates cutting and on-site installation. The surface can be treated for slip resistance, making it suitable for wet or slippery environments.
