Pultruded FRP grating uses pultruded "I"-shaped and "T"-shaped profiles as load-bearing bars and solid tubes or rods as connecting bars; it is assembled through a specific process into grating panels with open gaps between the bars.

Service environment
- Pultruded FRP grating T-2510 is suitable for indoor and outdoor environments; its pultruded I-shaped and T-shaped load-bearing bars and solid tube or rod connecting rods resist weathering without the corrosion problems of steel.
- It is suitable for damp and wet areas, including washdown areas and locations with frequent condensation, because FRP profiles do not rust or degrade in humid environments.
- The grating performs well in chemically aggressive environments containing acids, alkalis and salts, making it a candidate material for chemical processing, wastewater treatment and coastal facilities.
- For very high-temperature or fire-safety-critical areas, please specify the appropriate resin system: phenolic MP-5 grade offers high flame retardancy with an oxygen index of approximately 80 and is suitable for low-toxicity, high fire-safety environments, while vinyl ester VEFR-25 provides flame retardancy with an oxygen index of 28 or above.
