Pultruded FRP grating is manufactured using pultruded "I"-shaped and "T"-shaped profiles as load-bearing bars and solid tubes or rods as connecting rods, assembled through a defined assembly process, with open gaps left in the grating surface.

Operating Environment
- Pultruded FRP I-6020 grating is made of pultruded I-shaped profiles with high glass fiber content and a resin matrix, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation environments where moisture is present.
- The phenolic MP-5 resin option offers low toxicity and high flame retardancy, with a limiting oxygen index of approximately 80, making it suitable for enclosed industrial areas with fire safety requirements.
- Optional vinyl ester (VEFR-25) and other resin systems make the grating corrosion-resistant in common acid, alkali and salt environments such as chemical processing, wastewater treatment and marine applications.
