Pultruded FRP grating is made of pultruded "I"- and "T"-shaped profiles as load-bearing bars, with solid tubes or rods as connecting rods, assembled according to a certain assembly process, with gaps left in the panel surface.

Service Environment
- This pultruded FRP grating is composed of pultruded "I"-shaped and "T"-shaped bearing bars and solid tube or rod-shaped connecting rods. This structure enables it to be used as walkways, platforms and stair tread surfacing in damp industrial plants requiring frequent washing.
- Because the bearing bars are made of pultruded FRP rather than steel, the grating is suitable for indoor and outdoor installation where the surrounding media are corrosive or chemically aggressive, including areas exposed to acids, alkalis and salt-containing air.
- With the choice of phenolic, vinyl ester resin and other flame-retardant resin systems, the grating can be used in environments where fire safety and low toxicity are valued and corrosion resistance is also required.
