Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement as the raw material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After full impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pulled out by a pulling machine. This new type of composite material has good physical properties and is widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles combine corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
The stair tread flat tube (isophthalic) is suitable for industrial platforms, stair treads, walkways and other locations requiring slip resistance and corrosion resistance. Its structural design facilitates the installation of anti-slip grit or grating panels, enhancing safety. Please contact us for specific application solutions.
Selection Guide
When selecting, consider factors such as load requirements, span and corrosive environment, and refer to the flat tube's dimensions and weight parameters. Isophthalic resin offers better corrosion resistance and is suitable for harsh environments such as chemical plants. For technical support, please contact us.
Product Advantages
Made with isophthalic resin, it offers excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength; glass fiber reinforcement ensures high load-bearing capacity; lightweight and high-strength for easy installation; insulating and non-magnetic, suitable for a variety of industrial environments.

Service Environment
- This structural profile is produced with an isophthalic resin system, a formulation selected specifically for FRP components subjected to wet and chemical exposure conditions, making it suitable for both indoor plant environments and outdoor installations.
- Typical use is as a stair tread flat tube on FRP walkways, platforms and tread boards, where the profile bears foot traffic and is continuously exposed to weather, washdown water and atmospheric moisture.
- Pultruded glass fiber reinforced material using resin as the adhesive and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer enables this flat tube to be used in corrosive industrial environments such as chemical plants, wastewater treatment areas, and marine and coastal locations, where steel requires coating or replacement.
- Because the resin is corrosion-resistant and the composite material does not rust, the profile maintains its function under the temperature fluctuations and repeated wetting conditions typical of outdoor and process area use; for project-specific media and conditions, please contact the supplier for the full parameter table.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
