Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after full impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and then pulled and drawn by a pulling machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Application:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded fiberglass structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been used. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Applications
The quincunx tube structural profile combines strength and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for load-bearing supports and walkway frameworks in chemical plant platforms, wastewater treatment, power facilities, and marine engineering, with stable performance in humid, acidic/alkaline, or salt spray environments. For specific application recommendations, contact us for technical selection assistance.
Selection Guide
When selecting, consider load type, span, support spacing and environmental corrosion level, and confirm whether the cross-sectional dimensions (D1*D2*T) and wall thickness match the installation requirements; weight parameters can also be referenced to estimate structural load. If you have questions about dimensions or mechanical properties, please contact us for detailed specification sheets and selection advice.
Product Advantages
This quatrefoil tube is pultruded from glass fiber reinforced resin, offering advantages such as light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and non-magnetic properties, and maintenance-free operation; it is also easy to install and can effectively reduce long-term use costs. Operating Environment
- Orthophthalic resin profiles (orthophthalic resin) are glass fiber reinforced plastic structural profiles pultruded by bonding glass fiber reinforcement with orthophthalic resin, and are therefore suitable for general indoor and outdoor structural frameworks where moisture and weathering are present.
- Because the orthophthalic resin matrix and glass fiber reinforcement can resist corrosion from a variety of common industrial media, these profiles are typically used in chemical plants, water treatment areas and other installations with damp or mildly corrosive conditions.
- They are commonly selected for outdoor walkways, platforms and support frames exposed to rain, moisture and temperature fluctuations, where corrosion-resistant, non-conductive structural components are preferred over steel.
- Typical operating conditions are conventional industrial environments; for temperature, load or chemical resistance limits in specific installations, please contact us for the full parameter table.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
