Greenlogy TEC
FRP profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber as reinforcement, resin as adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as a covering reinforcement layer; after full impregnation, they are heated, formed, and cured in a metal mold and pultruded under the traction of a pulling machine. They have good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various scenarios, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Application Scenarios
Square tube special-shaped profiles are suitable for load-bearing and support structures with requirements on strength, span and corrosion resistance, such as building platforms, bridge and highway ancillary facilities, and chemical and food and beverage workshops. The isophthalic resin system performs well in chemical resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for long-term use in damp or corrosive environments. For specific application suitability, please consult us with your load and environmental conditions.
Selection Guide
When selecting, match the cross-section dimensions (A×B) and wall thickness (T1×T2) to the load capacity and installation interface, and refer to the dimensions and weight data in the table to estimate structural dead weight. If you need to weigh different resin systems or cross-sections, please provide your operating environment, span and load information, and we can help you determine the appropriate specification.
Product Advantages
This structural profile uses glass fiber reinforcement and resin as its matrix, formed through impregnation, molded curing and pultrusion. It offers the typical characteristics of composite materials such as light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, electrical insulation, and ease of cutting and drilling, making it suitable for high-strength, long-span applications. Compared with traditional materials, its maintenance requirements are usually lower; specific performance depends on specification and operating conditions.
