FRP structural profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement, with resin as the binder and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, the material is heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and then pultruded under the pulling force of a haul-off machine. This new composite material has good physical properties and is widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in many applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal insulation and non-conductive properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Operating Environment
- The vinyl resin square tubing in this FRP profile product line is designed for outdoor and indoor industrial environments, and is suitable for occasions where moisture, salt spray or chemical splashes would corrode steel—the pultruded glass fiber reinforcement layer bears the load, while the vinyl resin matrix provides protection.
- Typical installation locations are walkways, platforms, handrail frames and support structures in factories, water treatment areas and coastal facilities, where square tubing can maintain dimensional stability without rusting or expanding.
- Because this pultruded profile is formed by heat curing and pulling, its resistance to ultraviolet exposure and repeated dry-wet cycles is better than that of untreated metal, making it suitable for open-air spans exposed to sunlight, rain and washing.
