Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber as the reinforcement, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as an outer reinforcing layer; after full impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pulled by a haul-off machine. They have good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles can provide many years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Application Scenarios
The structural pultruded flat tube (orthophthalic resin) is suitable for load-bearing and support structures requiring strength and corrosion resistance, such as platform walkways, handrail systems, brackets and frames. Its flat cross-section facilitates connection and installation and can replace some traditional metal profiles, making it suitable for corrosive environments such as chemical processing, water treatment and marine applications.
Selection Guidance
Selection requires comprehensive consideration of load type, span, support conditions and service environment to determine the appropriate cross-section size and wall thickness. Flat tubes of different specifications differ in load capacity and stiffness. We recommend consulting our technical staff based on actual working conditions to obtain suitable selection recommendations.
Product Advantages
This flat tube is made with orthophthalic resin and glass fiber reinforcement, offering good physical properties, corrosion resistance and a light weight with high strength. The pultrusion process ensures full fiber impregnation and continuous forming, giving the product stable mechanical properties and dimensional consistency, suitable for high-strength, long-span applications.
