Greenlogy TEC

FRP pultruded profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement, with resin as the binder and glass fiber cloth as the outer reinforcing layer. After thorough impregnation, the material is heated, formed and cured in a metal die and then pulled by a pultrusion machine, resulting in a new type of composite material with good physical properties, widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

 Applications:

Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios

Structural profile flat bar (orthophthalic) is widely used in chemical, power, marine engineering, construction and other fields for structural support, platform grating, guardrail systems and more. Its excellent corrosion resistance and high strength make it suitable for harsh environments such as high humidity and corrosive media.

Selection Guide

When selecting, consider factors such as load requirements, span, corrosive environment and installation method. Different specifications of flat bar have different load-bearing capacities; it is recommended to choose the appropriate size and thickness based on actual engineering requirements. Please contact us for detailed specifications and selection advice.

Product Advantages

This product uses an orthophthalic resin matrix and features excellent corrosion resistance, high strength and light weight. Its smooth surface is easy to clean and maintain, and it offers good insulation performance and a long service life, making it an ideal alternative to traditional metal materials.

Operating Environment

  • These pultruded FRP flat bars (Riglet profiles) benefit from the corrosion resistance of the glass fiber reinforced resin matrix and are suitable for both indoor and outdoor structural applications.
  • The orthophthalic resin system provides durability in humid and chemically exposed environments, making the profiles suitable for industrial plants, chemical processing areas, and marine or coastal environments where moisture and salt spray are present.
  • FRP flat bar has a low thermal conductivity, performs reliably over a wide range of ambient temperatures, and does not corrode like steel, thereby extending service life in demanding environments.
  • For projects requiring specific environmental resistance or regulatory compliance, please provide us with your operating conditions so that we can confirm the appropriate configuration.

Custom Cutting

Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
