Greenlogy TEC
FRP structural profiles are made of glass fiber reinforced material, with resin as the binder and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold, and then pulled by a haul-off machine to form a new type of composite material with good physical properties, widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Application Scenarios
Solid square rods are suitable for high-strength, long-span structural supports, connectors and various load-bearing frames, and perform particularly well in construction, bridges and industrial platforms where corrosion resistance and light weight are required. Their smooth surface and stable cross-section also facilitate secondary processing and installation.
Selection Guide
When selecting, please determine the side length and length of the square rod based on structural loads, spans and environmental conditions, and also consider the installation method and connection requirements. We offer a variety of size specifications; please contact us for detailed specifications and selection support.
Product Advantages
Made with orthophthalic (phthalic acid-type) resin and glass fiber reinforcement, solid square rods offer excellent mechanical properties, corrosion resistance and electrical insulation, and are lightweight and easy to cut and drill. Their surface is flat and their dimensions are stable, making them suitable for engineering applications with high strength and durability requirements.

Operating Environment
- These pultruded solid square rods are suitable for indoor and outdoor installation; their glass fiber reinforcement and cured resin matrix resist moisture, humidity and weathering better than untreated steel.
- Typical operating conditions include exposure to mild acids, alkalis, salts and other corrosive media found in chemical workshops, water treatment areas and coastal sites; the vinyl ester resin system (phthalic acid type) gives the profiles their corrosion resistance in these harsh environments.
- Because the material is non-conductive and non-magnetic, the square rods are also used in environments requiring electrical insulation or electromagnetic wave transparency, such as near live equipment or in instrument supports.
- Long-term outdoor exposure to UV and temperature cycling does not cause rust or galvanic corrosion as metal profiles do, making these structural profiles a practical choice for year-round use in bridge, walkway and platform applications.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
