Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the reinforcing body, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcing layer; after thorough impregnation, the material is heated, shaped, and cured in a metal mold and then pulled by a pultrusion machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal insulation and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components have traditionally been specified. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other expensive components.

Applications
Large-wave corrugated panels (isophthalic) are suited to applications requiring high strength, long-span coverage and corrosion resistance, such as building roofs and walls, chemical and electroplating workshops, food and beverage plants, wastewater treatment and marine engineering platforms. The isophthalic resin system offers advantages in chemical corrosion resistance and weatherability, making it suitable for long-term exposure to humid, acid/alkali or salt-fog environments. Please confirm the specific service conditions with us based on the corrosive medium, temperature and load conditions.
Selection guide
When selecting, consider factors such as sheet thickness, wave height and wave pitch, single-sheet length and overlap method, support purlin spacing, and the required light transmission or flame-retardant properties. Different corrosive environments call for different resin systems and surface treatments; we recommend providing information on the service environment, span and load so that we can help match the specifications. Please contact us for detailed selection advice and specification parameters.
Product Advantages
This product is made from glass fiber reinforcement combined with isophthalic resin, molded, cured and pultruded. It features light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, weather resistance, electrical insulation and non-magnetic properties, and is maintenance-free, and it is easy to cut and install. Compared with traditional metal sheets, it offers a longer service life in corrosive environments and will not contaminate the medium through rust. Specific performance data are subject to the actual test reports.
Inquiry Guidance
If you would like to learn about the detailed specifications, size customization, samples and bulk supply options for large-wave corrugated sheets (isophthalic), please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation. Please provide the service environment, required dimensions, quantity and delivery location, and we will reply as soon as possible and assist with selection.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
