Greenlogy TEC
FRP profiles are a new type of composite material made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pultruded under the traction of a pulling machine. With good physical properties, they are widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles are widely used in various applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with thermal and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in applications where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
Round tube profiles are commonly used in load-bearing and support structures where strength and span are required, such as platform handrails, ladders, grating support beams, cable tray brackets, and frame components in corrosive environments such as chemical plants and coastal areas. The isophthalic resin system is suitable for working conditions with higher corrosion resistance requirements; please contact us to discuss specific application scenarios.
Selection Guide
When selecting, first confirm whether the outer diameter and wall thickness (D*T) meet the fitting and load-bearing requirements of the connectors, then evaluate the cross-section size based on span, support method, and operating environment; the table provides both metric and imperial specifications for easy correspondence with existing design drawings. If you need to balance strength, stiffness, and weight, please provide your working conditions and we will assist with selection.
Product Advantages
Pultruded round tubes use glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as matrix, and are continuously formed through impregnation, heating, and curing. They feature light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, non-magnetic properties, electrical insulation, and ease of cutting and drilling, making them suitable for replacing some metal pipes in corrosive or insulating applications. The isophthalic resin formulation offers more stable performance in water and chemical media resistance.

Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
