Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are a new type of composite material made from glass fiber reinforcement as the raw material, resin as the binder, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcing layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed, and cured in a metal mold and then pulled and drawn by a pulling machine. They have good physical properties and are widely used in high-strength, large-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP profiles from Greenlogy TEC are widely used in various scenarios, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, and offering thermal and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wooden components are traditionally used. Today, these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications where stainless steel and other expensive components were once required.

Application Scenarios
Phthalic-type FRP round tubes are suitable for structural applications requiring strength and corrosion resistance, such as platform handrails, support columns, frame connectors and various spanning structures. Because they are non-conductive, non-magnetic and resistant to a range of acid and alkali media, they are also commonly used in damp or corrosive environments such as chemical processing, water treatment and marine applications. Contact us to describe your operating conditions, and we can help assess whether the product fits.
Selection Guide
When selecting, we recommend first confirming the outer diameter and wall thickness (D*T in the table refers to the two parameters of outer diameter × wall thickness), then making a comprehensive judgment based on the actual span, load-bearing method and installation connection form. Generally, the larger the pipe diameter and wall thickness, the higher the section moment of inertia and load-bearing capacity, so a balance must be struck between strength requirements and self-weight and cost. If you provide load conditions and support spacing, contact us for selection advice and detailed specifications.
Product Advantages
The round tube uses glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as matrix, and is formed by impregnation, heating and curing, and pultrusion. It features light weight and high strength, corrosion resistance, insulation and non-magnetic properties, and ease of cutting and drilling. The surface can be treated in different ways to suit outdoor or wear-resistant requirements. Installation mostly uses matching connectors, adhesive bonding or bolts, and maintenance costs are relatively low. Contact us for technical data on specific performance indicators.
Inquiry Guide
If you would like to know the available specifications, colors and surface treatments, packaging methods and bulk supply arrangements for phthalic-type FRP round tubes, contact us with drawings or operating parameters, and we will provide detailed specifications and a quotation accordingly. You may also tell us the required outer diameter, wall thickness, length and quantity so that we can respond quickly and help confirm shipping and delivery details.
Operating Environment
- This product is a fiberglass pultruded round tube with a phthalic-type unsaturated polyester resin matrix, suitable for long-term indoor and outdoor use and resistant to normal atmospheric conditions such as sunlight and rain.
- It is suitable for applications with acid, alkali and salt corrosive media and damp, high-humidity conditions, such as structural and support components in corrosive environments like chemical processing and water treatment.
- As a glass fiber reinforced composite round tube, it can be used in outdoor conditions with large temperature differences, for high-strength, long-span load-bearing applications.
- For specific operating conditions such as ambient temperature, medium type and concentration, please communicate with us based on your actual working conditions before selecting.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
