Greenlogy TEC
FRP pultruded profiles are made with glass fiber reinforcement as the base material, resin as the adhesive, and glass fiber cloth as the wrapping reinforcement layer; after thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in a metal mold and pulled by a pulling machine to form a new type of composite material with good physical properties, widely used in high-strength and long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles combine corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, with thermal and electrical insulation properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles deliver years of low-maintenance service in applications traditionally specifying steel, aluminum or timber members. Today these profiles are commonly used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
Cooling tower deck structural profiles are mainly used for internal load-bearing and walkway platforms in industrial cooling towers, for structural components in corrosive environments in the chemical and power industries, and for FRP support locations requiring high strength and larger spans. Their corrosion resistance and lightweight, high-strength properties suit humid, acid and alkaline conditions. To confirm whether your specific working conditions apply, please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Selection Guidance
When selecting, match the load-bearing requirements based on the cooling tower deck's cross-sectional dimensions (A*T1*B*T2), unit weight and installation span, and also take into account the corrosion level and temperature conditions of the service environment. Different specifications offer different mechanical performance; we recommend providing design load and span parameters so we can help recommend a suitable model. Please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Product Advantages
This structural profile uses glass fiber as reinforcement and resin as matrix, continuously formed by the pultrusion process. It features lightweight, high strength, corrosion resistance, aging resistance and dimensional stability, making it suitable for long-term use in humid and corrosive environments such as cooling towers. Its surface can be covered with glass fiber mat to enhance weather resistance and wear resistance, and it is easy to cut and install. Please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Inquiry Guidance
For information on the specific dimensions, weight, packaging and supply lead time of cooling tower deck structural profiles, please provide your project requirements or design drawings, and we will give targeted recommendations based on your working conditions. Please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation; we can assist you with selection and procurement coordination.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
