Nantong Greenlogy TEC Electronic Technology Co., Ltd.
FRP profiles are made from glass fiber reinforcement, with resin as the binder and glass fiber cloth as the covering reinforcement layer. After thorough impregnation, they are heated, formed and cured in metal molds, then pultruded by a pulling machine. This new composite material offers good physical properties and is widely used in high-strength, long-span applications.

Applications:
Greenlogy TEC pultruded FRP structural profiles are used in a wide range of applications, combining corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight with non-thermal-conductive and non-conductive properties. Durable Greenlogy TEC profiles provide years of low-maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Today these profiles are often used in highly corrosive applications that previously required stainless steel and other costly components.

Application Scenarios
The seven-hole partition wall board (isophthalic) is suitable for partition walls, platforms, walkways and equipment enclosures that require both corrosion resistance and structural strength, and is commonly found in corrosive environments such as chemical, food, electroplating and water treatment facilities. The isophthalic resin system performs stably in resistance to chemical media and damp heat, making it suitable for areas exposed long-term to humid or mildly acidic/alkaline atmospheres. For specific application suitability, please contact us to confirm based on your site conditions.
Selection Guidance
When selecting, take into account the medium type and concentration in the service environment, long-term working temperature, span and load conditions, and the installation and fixing method. The seven-hole structure reduces self-weight while maintaining the section moment of inertia, making it suitable for partition applications that are weight-sensitive or require large spans. As this catalog entry does not list complete mechanical and corrosion-resistance data, please contact us for detailed specifications and selection support.
Product Advantages
This profile uses fiberglass reinforcement with an isophthalic resin matrix, formed by the pultrusion process, and offers the typical composite characteristics of light weight, high strength, corrosion resistance, non-conductivity and low maintenance. The seven-hole cross-section increases stiffness for the same material usage, is easy to cut and install on site, and can reduce the frequency of later maintenance and replacement. Actual performance is subject to testing and the technical agreement of the order.

Service Environment
- A structural profile made from glass fiber reinforcement bonded with pultruded resin, suitable for normal use in indoor factories, outdoor structures and semi-enclosed industrial areas where temperature and humidity fluctuate with the seasons.
- The molded cured surface of these FRP structural profiles resists moisture and the corrosive splashes, vapors and chemically laden air found in chemical, food and beverage, metal and mining processing environments, so the profiles require no paint protection.
- Because the glass fiber cloth reinforcement layers are fully impregnated with resin, the profiles retain their shape and load-bearing function in high-strength, long-span installations such as partition frames and support structures exposed to washdown or humid process areas.
- For use in a specific medium or at a specified temperature or humidity level, please provide your project conditions and contact us so that the profile selection can be confirmed against the full parameter table; no universal usage limitation applies.
Custom Cutting
Need panels that fit, or cut to shape? We custom cut FRP grating and profiles to your drawing: panels cut to size or to shape (corner cuts, cutouts), cut edges sealed with resin, and pre-cut and pre-drilled to drawing before shipping. See the custom cutting services.
