General Engineering Wire Rope
Greenlogy TEC / LM specializes in supplying multi-strand bright or galvanized wire rope. Our products range in diameter from 0.5mm to 64mm, including 1X19, 7X7, 6X19, 7X19, 6X36, 8X19, 8X36, 19X7 and 35X7 specifications with fiber core and steel core. In addition to these standard wire ropes, we can also supply premium special wire ropes.
Most wire ropes work under harsh conditions and must resist crushing, bending fatigue and abrasion. All of our wire ropes strive to achieve a high performance level to extend service life and thereby improve end-user productivity. We therefore ensure that all materials are produced in accordance with wire rope industry standards. Each wire rope can be supplied with fittings such as thimbles, swaged ends and wedge sockets, as well as many other assembly components. We also offer customization services; our engineering team can manufacture wire ropes to your required specifications. All materials are certified, traceable and compliant with ISO9001.
Selection Guide
When selecting, please clarify the required diameter, core type (FC fiber core or IWRC independent wire rope core) and surface finish (bright or galvanized) based on the application, and specify working conditions such as abrasion resistance and bending frequency. If you need to confirm the appropriate specification for a specific application, please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation.
Product Advantages
The Greenlogy TEC coated locked coil wire rope adopts a 6x19 structure and is more adaptable than other 6x19 wire ropes in applications requiring higher abrasion resistance. It is available with both FC and IWRC core types to meet different usage needs. Products can be manufactured to national standard GB/T 20118-2006, with bright or galvanized surface options.

Operating Environment
- Built for the outdoor and heavy-duty duty cycles named in the application list above - drilling line, elevator hoisting, luffing and hoisting ropes, crane wire rope, trawl fishing and ocean sweeping - where the rope is exposed to open air, weather and continuous mechanical load.
- The sealed (coated) construction on this GB 6X19 (9/9/1) IWRC rope is chosen for duty where abrasion and rubbing against sheaves and drums are the main concern, so the outer surface stays in contact with metal and with the working environment over long service intervals.
- Because the core is IWRC, the rope keeps its shape and load path in these jobs; the bright or galvanized surface treatment can be selected to suit the atmosphere the rope meets in service - choose galvanized where a corrosive surrounding is expected, or contact Greenlogy TEC for guidance on the finish that fits your site.
- Typical sites are onshore and offshore lifting, dredging and fishing decks, plants and yards where moisture, salt air or general industrial dust are present; store the coil dry and off the ground before installation and inspect regularly for corrosion or broken wires.
