Application:
Genius© pultruded fiberglass structural shapes from Genius Composite Inc. are used in a wide range of applications and provide a unique combination of corrosion resistance, high strength, dimensional stability and light weight, along with thermal and electric non-conductivity. Durable Genius shapes provide years of low maintenance service in areas where steel, aluminum or wood components are traditionally specified. Product Advantages
The product uses fiberglass as reinforcement and resin as matrix, and is formed by impregnation, mold pressing, heating and curing, and pultrusion, offering good physical properties and stable cross-sectional consistency. The vinyl system performs well in corrosion resistance, and also features light weight, high strength, and ease of cutting, processing and on-site installation. Compared with traditional metal profiles, it is more suitable for long-term use in humid and corrosive environments.
