6x19 coated filler wire rope (often referred to as 6x25) has cores of FC (fiber core) and IWRC (independent wire rope core). The 6x19 wire rope can bear loads of 1T-5T and is used as wire rope slings. This construction is widely used in the North Sea oil industry.

General Engineering Wire Rope

Our products range in diameter from 0.5 mm to 64 mm, including 1X19, 7X7, 6X19, 7X19, 6X36, 8X19, 8X36, 19X7 and 35X7 constructions with fiber core and steel core. Most wire ropes operate under demanding conditions and must resist crushing, bending fatigue and abrasion. All our wire ropes are engineered to achieve a high level of performance to extend service life and thereby improve end-user productivity. Every wire rope can be supplied with fittings such as thimbles, swaged terminals and wedge sockets, as well as many other assembly components. Product Advantages
This 6X19 coated filler wire rope is produced to the national standard GB/T 20118-2006, with a compact structure and good fatigue resistance and wear resistance, suitable for frequent bending and heavy-load conditions. Compared with a fiber core, the IWRC independent wire rope core offers higher strength and crush resistance, and the surface can be bright or galvanized to suit different environments.
