Greenlogy TEC ("we", "us", "our") operates www.niteck.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect when you use the Site, why we collect it, how we use and share it, and the rights and choices you have. It applies to visitors, registered users and customers of the Site. It does not apply to third-party websites, even when you reach them through links on the Site.

1. Information We Collect

a. Information you give us

Quotation and contact requests: your name, company name, email address, phone number and the content of your message;
Account registration and orders: your name, company, email, phone, billing and shipping address, and order details;
Communications: messages you send us through the contact form, live chat or email, and files you choose to share with us;
Newsletter: the email address you subscribe with.

b. Information we receive when you sign in with Google

If you choose "Log in with Google", Google shares with us your name, email address, profile picture and a Google account identifier (the "sub" claim), according to the permissions shown on the Google consent screen. We never receive your Google password. We use this information only to identify you and to create and secure your account on the Site (see Section 5).

c. Information collected automatically

When you browse the Site, we (and our service providers) automatically collect: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring and exit pages, pages viewed and timestamps, together with cookies and similar technologies. We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads measurement to understand how the Site is used and how our advertising performs.

2. How We Use Your Information

Respond to your inquiries, prepare quotations and provide customer service;
Process orders, arrange payment, shipping and logistics, and provide after-sales support;
Create and manage your account and authenticate you, including through Google Sign-In;
Send you newsletters and marketing communications you have opted into (you can unsubscribe at any time);
Measure and improve the Site, our products and services, and our advertising;
Protect the Site against fraud, abuse and security threats, and comply with legal obligations.

3. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for: essential functions (session, shopping cart, language), preferences, statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads). You can control or delete cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may affect how the Site works.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:

service providers who process it on our behalf and under our instructions, such as Google (Sign-In, Maps, Analytics and Ads), payment processors, shipping carriers, and our hosting, CDN and IT providers;
professional advisers and public authorities where required by law, or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims;
a buyer or successor in the event of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.

Where we share personal information with processors, we require them to protect it and to use it only for the purposes we specify.

5. Information Received from Google (Limited Use)

Our use of information received from Google APIs (through "Log in with Google": your name, email address, profile picture and Google account identifier) is limited to creating your account and authenticating you on the Site. This use complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not use Google user data for advertising or profiling purposes, we do not sell it, and we do not transfer it to third parties except as necessary to provide the login feature, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger or acquisition as permitted by the policy.

6. Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy: account data while your account is active; order and transaction records for the period required by Chinese tax, accounting and commercial law; newsletter data until you unsubscribe; analytics data according to the provider's retention settings. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

7. Your Rights

You may ask us to: give you access to your personal information; correct or update it; delete it; provide a portable copy; restrict or object to certain processing; or withdraw consent you have given (including unsubscribing from marketing). To exercise these rights, contact us at admin@greenlogy.cn. If you are in the EEA, the UK or another jurisdiction with a data protection authority, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local authority.

8. International Transfers

We are established in Hongkong. If you use the Site from another country, your personal information may be transferred to and processed in Hongkong and in other countries where our service providers operate. We take the steps required by applicable law to protect personal information when it is transferred internationally.

9. Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss or misuse. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of storage is completely secure.

10. Children

The Site is a business-to-business website and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version is posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date; material changes will be highlighted on the Site.
