Pultruded FRP grating is made of pultruded "I", "T" shaped profile as a bearing strip, with a solid pipe or bar as a connecting rod, made by a certain assembly process with a gap of the plate.

Operating Environment
- Pultruded FRP grating T-2510 is built for both indoor and outdoor service, where the pultruded I- and T-shaped bearing bars and solid pipe or bar connecting rods resist weather exposure without the corrosion problems of steel.
- It is suited to humid and wet areas, including wash-down zones and locations with frequent condensation, because the FRP profile does not rust or deteriorate under moisture.
- The grating performs in chemically aggressive settings where acids, alkalis and salts are present, making it a candidate for chemical processing, wastewater treatment and coastal installations.
- For very high temperatures or fire-safety-critical areas, specify the appropriate resin system: the phenolic MP-5 grade offers high flame retardant properties with an oxygen index of about 80 for low-toxicity, high-fire-safety environments, while vinyl ester VEFR-25 provides flame retardancy with an oxygen index of 28 or above.
