Pultruded FRP grating is made of pultruded "I", "T" shaped profile as a bearing strip, with a solid pipe or bar as a connecting rod, made by a certain assembly process with a gap of the plate.

Operating Environment
- This pultruded FRP grating is built for both indoor and outdoor installations, where its pultruded I-shaped bearing bars and pipe or bar connecting rods resist moisture and weathering without the corrosion problems of steel grating.
- It is suited to humid and wet service areas such as walkways, platforms, stair treads and trench covers in plants where condensation, washdown or splash is present.
- The grating tolerates exposure to mildly corrosive media; for strongly acidic or alkaline environments, select the resin type (for example VEFR-25 vinyl type with an oxygen index of 28 or above, as listed in the resin introduction above) and confirm suitability with us before ordering.
