General engineering wire rope

Greenlogy TEC (LM) specializes in supplying multi-strand bright or galvanized wire ropes. Our products range in diameter from 0.5mm to 64mm, including 1X19, 7X7, 6X19, 7X19, 6X36, 8X19, 8X36, 19X7, and 35X7 specifications with fiber core and steel core. In addition to these conventional wire ropes, we can also provide high-quality special wire ropes.

Most wire ropes work under harsh conditions and must have resistance to crushing, bending fatigue, and wear. All our wire ropes strive to achieve a high performance level to extend service life, thereby improving end-user productivity. Therefore, we ensure that all materials are produced in accordance with wire rope industry standards. Each wire rope can be supplied with, for example, thimble eyes, swaged ends, and wedge sockets, as well as many other assembly components. In addition, we also provide customized services; our engineering team can manufacture wire ropes of the required specifications according to your requirements. All materials are certified, traceable, and comply with ISO9001 standards.

Selection Guide

LB Comp. rotation-resistant wire rope GB35X7 (6/1) is suitable for lifting and hoisting conditions that require rotation resistance. When selecting, it is necessary to comprehensively evaluate based on the specific usage scenario, structural form, and load requirements. To further determine the appropriate specification, please contact us for detailed specifications and quotations.

Product Advantages

This wire rope adopts a compacted structure, can be provided with galvanized or non-galvanized surface treatment as required, and supports processing methods such as lubrication and plastic coating, which helps improve wear resistance. Its structural design helps suppress the tendency to rotate under load, making it suitable for application scenarios with relevant requirements.

Operating Environment

  • The LM Comp. Rotation Resistant Wire Rope GB35X7 (6/1) is designed for offshore and deck crane applications, where it is exposed to salt-laden marine atmospheres that promote corrosion.
  • In pillar crane and lifting sling service, the rope may operate outdoors across a wide range of ambient temperatures and humidity levels, requiring resistance to moisture and weathering.
  • For main hoisting and sling duty in industrial settings, the rope can encounter corrosive media such as industrial pollutants or chemical vapors, making the galvanized or plastic-coated options suitable for these conditions.
  • When used in compacted form with surface treatment and lubrication, the rope is intended to withstand abrasive and corrosive environments typical of heavy lifting operations.
