General engineering wire rope
Greenlogy TEC LM specializes in supplying multi-strand bright or galvanized steel wire rope. Our products range in diameter from 0.5mm to 64mm, including 1X19, 7X7, 6X19, 7X19, 6X36, 8X19, 8X36, 19X7 and 35X7 specifications with fiber core and steel core. In addition to these standard wire ropes, we can also supply premium special wire ropes.
Most wire ropes work under demanding conditions and must resist crushing, bending fatigue and abrasion. All our wire ropes are designed to achieve a high performance level to extend service life and thereby improve end-user productivity. We therefore ensure all materials are produced in accordance with wire rope industry standards. Every wire rope can be supplied with fittings such as thimbles, swaged terminals and wedge sockets, as well as many other assembly components. We also offer customization: our engineering team can manufacture wire ropes to your required specifications. All materials are certified, traceable and conform to ISO9001.
Selection Guide
This 6x36 wire rope is available with either FC (fiber core) or IWRC (independent wire rope core), and can be supplied in bright, galvanized or 316 marine-grade stainless steel finish. When selecting, determine the core type and finish based on the flexibility requirements, fatigue resistance needs and environmental corrosion conditions of your application. For breaking load and weight data for specific diameters, please contact us for detailed specifications and a quotation. The product conforms to GB/T 20118-2006 and is suitable for general engineering, grab cranes, slings, winches and mooring applications.
Product Advantages
The 6x36 construction gives the wire rope good flexibility and fatigue resistance, and the FC or IWRC core options balance breaking load capacity with service life. The finish options (bright, galvanized, 316 marine-grade stainless steel) suit different corrosive environments, meeting diverse needs from general lifting to marine engineering. This product complies with GB/T 20118-2006 and is a general-purpose choice for cranes, slings, winches and mooring applications.
